C19 benefits from gated veranda, sea views, private driveway, Smart TV, integrated fridge/freezer and master bedroom with and en-suite with toilet and hand basin.LOUNGE; C19 is complete with a comfortable lounge furnished with fixed L-Shaped seating with foldout sprung double bed, smart TV, Free view and DVD player. C19 can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA; the kitchen is fully equipped to include; integrated fridge/freezer, oven & grill, extractor fan and microwave. The dining area benefits from fixed corner seating and two stools.
BEDROOMS; Two well designed bedrooms; one master bedroom with fitted wardrobes, vanity area and en-suite toilet and hand basin. The twin bedroom has a fitted wardrobe and overbed storage. There is also an occasional pull out in the in the lounge.C19 can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests.
BATHROOM &TOILET; C19 benefits from fully fitted shower room with toilet and wash basin. The master bedroom benefits from en-suite toilet and hand basin.
HEATING ; C19 has double-glazing and a gas combi-boiler central heating system with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort.
