LOUNGE Open plan with fixed seating, coffee table, flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player. An occasional pull-out sofa bed allows for a maximum of 6 guests.
KITCHEN Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, full size fridge freezer, gas oven and grill.
DINING AREA Free standing dining table with 4 chairs.
BEDROOMS Double bedroom, over bed storage and fitted wardrobe, room for a travel cot and vanity area and en-suite toilet with hand basin.
Twin Bedrooms: The twin bedroom includes 2 twin beds and small fitted wardrobe. Maximum of 6 guests.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.
SHOWER ROOM Shower cubicle, toilet, hand basin and radiator. The master bedroom includes an en-suite toilet and hand basin.
HEATING Fully double glazed with central heating and an electric fire in the lounge.
VERANDA Veranda with patio furniture. The caravan also benefits with a separate patio and garden area.
PARKING Allocated parking at the caravan.
