LOUNGE Open plan design, fixed corner seating with a partial-seaview, built in cabinets with flat screen TV, Blu-ray DVD player and electric fire. The lounge includes an occasional pull-out bed. C89 can cater for a maximum of 6 guests.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA The kitchen is fully equipped which includes full size cooker, integrated 60/40 fridge freezer, washing machine, air-fryer and microwave. The dining area consists of fixed bench seating and 2 freestanding chairs.

BEDROOMS This accommodation has two bedrooms; the master consists of one double and fitted wardrobe with radiator and en-suite bathroom. The twin room includes 2 single beds, small fitted wardrobe and heating. The twin beds can be pushed together to make a double.

Duvets and pillows are supplied – linen can be added on at an extra charge at the point of booking.

BATHROOM & ENSUITE The bathroom has a shower, toilet, wash basin. C89’s master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet and wash basin.

HEATING Double glazed, central heated with electric fire in the lounge.

VERANDA Gated, side-facing Veranda with ramp access. With patio furniture supplied.
