Benefiting from double glazing, central heating, French doors opening onto the large veranda with fantastic views, en-suite complete with full size bath to the master bedroom, room for a travel cot, separate double shower room, private driveway, piped gas, breakfast bar and 32” TV. Blending together style and function with innovation and space, this magnificent holiday home is the perfect choice for those who refuse to compromise on quality.

DOG FRIENDLY; the owner of PV27 will allow 1 small well trained dog in this holiday home.

LOUNGE ; the lounge boasts a spacious living area complemented by warm rich tones. The sumptuous seating is comfortable and modern, complete with two arm chairs and occasional pull out bed. You can also enjoy the 32” TV, Free-View and DVD player. The contemporary fire adds to the flawless design and the French doors perfect the lounge, opening out onto the large veranda, providing stunning views.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA ; the large kitchen with breakfast bar, with two stools, has been designed with space and luxury in mind. The double skylight offers floods of natural light, complementing the cream high gloss cabinets. Also benefiting from wine cooler, cooker, 5 burner gas hob with wok burner, integrated full size fridge freezer and built in microwave. The dining area incorporates free standing dining table and four comfortable high back cream leather chairs.

BEDROOMS; the imaginative use of space continues through to both beautifully designed bedrooms. The luxurious master bedroom features modern en-suite bathroom with toilet, wash basin and full size bath with glass screen and showerhead. With fitted wardrobes, dressing table with stool and ample amounts of floor space (room for travel cot) this master bedroom will provide comfort for your entire stay. The twin rooms also offer space and comfort, with overhead storage, bedside table and individual reading lamps. An occasional sofa bed can also be located in the lounge.

BATHROOM & TOILET; PV27 includes one double shower room with toilet and wash basin. The master bedroom also includes its very own bathroom complete with toilet, wash basin, full size bath with glass screen and showerhead.

HEATING; PV27 is double glazed and centrally heated throughout meaning you can holiday all season in comfort.

CHECK IN INFORMATION: Peak View is a gated area, a fob to operate the barrier is located inside the accommodation. On your arrival stop at Portland View's barrier, make your way to the caravan, on entering the caravan you will find a fob hung up. The fob only needs to be used on entrance as the barrier is automatic on departure.

VERANDA; YES large front and side veranda is fitted with a gate. The veranda is perfect for enjoying the fantastic sea views.

PRIVATE DRIVEWAY; PV27 benefits from its own private driveway.

NON SMOKING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
