PF20; a spacious and comfortable Swift Moselle 12’ wide, 6 berth, Pet Friendly, Platinum holiday home. This accommodation is complete with; comfortable corner seating, French doors onto the veranda, sky TV, Wi-Fi, 2 spacious bedrooms, room for a travel cot and two toilets. Located in the Park Field area within easy reach of the main amenities. .

DOG FRIENDLY; the owner of PF20 will allow well trained dogs in the caravan.

SKY & WI-FI; PF20 benefits from a sky box and personal wi-fi. Please call our office on arrival for Wi-Fi password.

LOUNGE; PF20 has a great contemporary feel, with comfortable corner seating, with integrated occasional pull out bed, modern electric fire with contemporary surround, 32” flat screen TV, DVD, Sky box and all complete with French doors to open on to the veranda.

KITCHEN & DINING: A lovely modern fitted kitchen furnished with fridge/freezer, cooker with hob and a microwave. The dining area benefits from free standing table and four chairs.

BEDROOMS; PF20 has two bedrooms. One spacious master with fitted wardrobes, vanity area, bedside tables and room for a travel cot. The master bedroom includes an en-suite toilet and wash basin. The twin bedroom is fitted with a single wardrobe and bedside table. The twin beds can be pushed together to form another double or folded away to make room for a travel cot.
PF20 can accommodate a maximum of six guests as the lounge has an occasional pull out bed. Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be hired at an additional charge at the time of booking.

BATHROOM & TOILET; Main bathroom fitted with double shower, toilet and hand basin. The caravan benefits from a separate toilet and hand basin as an en-suite in the master bedroom.

NON-SMOKING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.

HEATING; Double-glazed and full central heating with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort. PF20 also benefits from piped gas so no need to arrange for replacement gas bottles.

VERANDA; Yes. The gated veranda comes complete with patio furniture. Please be advised that BBQ's are not permitted on the veranda.

PARKING ; PF20 benefits from a parking space in front of the accommodation.
