LOUNGE; Open plan with 2 free standing sofas, French doors on to the veranda, 32” flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player, coffee table and electric fireplace.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA; Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, full size integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas oven and grill. The dining area includes free standing table and 4 chairs.
BEDROOMS; The master bedroom includes a double bed, vanity area, walk in wardrobe, en-suite shower with toilet and wash basin.
The two additional double rooms includes Double beds, wardrobes bedside cabinet.
Quilts & pillows are supplied – linen can be hired at additional cost. PV35 can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests.
BATHROOM & TOILET; Full size bath, overhead shower, toilet, hand basin and radiator. The master bedroom also includes an en-suite shower, toilet and wash basin.
HEATING ; PV35 has full central heating throughout.
PARKING; YES. Private driveway next to the accommodation.
VERANDA; YES, wrap around veranda with patio furniture and sea views.
DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES; approx. 5 to 6-minute walk.
CHECK IN INFORMATION: Peak View is a gated area, a fob to operate the barrier is located inside the accommodation. On your arrival stop at Portland View's barrier, make your way to the caravan, on entering the caravan you will find a fob hung up. The fob only needs to be used on entrance as the barrier is automatic on departure.

NON-SMOKING & NON-PET FRIENDLY Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pet.
