LOUNGE Open plan with fixed L-Shape seating, French doors on to the veranda with sea views, coffee table, Flat screen TV and DVD player. The sofa includes an occasional pull-out sofa bed for those extra guests. C56 can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.
KITCHEN Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, full size integrated fridge-freezer, gas oven and grill.
DINING AREA Dining table with fixed bench seating and two stools.
BEDROOMS Double bedroom, fitted wardrobes, vanity area and en-suite toilet with hand basin.
Twin Bedrooms: The twin bedroom includes 2 twin beds and small fitted wardrobe. Maximum of 6 guests.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.
SHOWER ROOM Shower cubicle, toilet, hand basin and radiator. A second toilet and hand basin can be located as an en-suite in the master bedroom.
HEATING Central heating with double glazing and an electric fire in the lounge.
