E28 - a modern and spacious Europa Cyprus 6 berth holiday home.Key features: enclosed patio area, double glazing, central heating, fridge freezer, allocated parking, close to main facilities and master bedroom with and en-suite with toilet and hand basin.

LOUNGE; E28 has comfortable lounge furnished with fixed L-Shaped seating with foldout occasional pull out bed, flat screen TV, Free view and DVD player. E28 can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA; the kitchen is fully equipped to include integrated fridge/freezer, oven & grill, extractor fan and microwave. The dining area benefits from fixed corner seating and two stools.
BEDROOMS; Two well designed bedrooms; one master bedroom with fitted wardrobes, vanity area and en-suite toilet and hand basin. The twin bedroom has a fitted wardrobe and overbed storage. The twin beds can combine to make a double bed if required. There is also an occasional pull out in the in the lounge.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.
BATHROOM &TOILET; E28 benefits from fully fitted shower room with toilet and wash basin. The master bedroom benefits from en-suite toilet and hand basin.
HEATING ; E28 has double-glazing and a gas combi-boiler central heating system with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort.
GARDEN; YES. Enclosed grass and patio area.

NON-SMOKING & NON-PET FRIENDLY Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pet.

Gas and Electricity
