C122: 12’ wide 4 berth holiday home. Dog friendly, double glazing, integrated fan heating, large master bedroom, room for travel cot and allocated parking.DOG FRIENDLY; the owner is happy to allow well trained dogs in this caravan, please note that an additional charge applies for the dog and can be added in the booking process. LOUNGE; the lounge is fitted with comfortable corner seating and has a TV with Freeview DVD and gas fire. Please note that C122 does not contain a sofa bed and can only cater for 4 guests.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA; C122 is complete with a fully equipped kitchen, which includes full size cooker, fridge (with small freezer box) and microwave. The dining area is comfortable with fixed seating plus 2 stools.
BEDROOMS; C122 has two bedrooms, one double with room for a travel cot, fitted wardrobe and small vanity area. One twin room, again with small, fitted wardrobe. Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be hired for an additional charge, this can be added at the time of booking.
BATHROOM & TOILET; the bathroom benefits from a double shower unit, toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail.
HEATING ; Yes, C122 is double glazed with integrated fan heating.
PARKING ; No C122 does not have its own allocated parking.
DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES; approx. 4 to 5-minute walk.
NON-SMOKING Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
