DOG FRIENDLY The owner is happy to allow well trained dogs in this caravan, please note that an additional charge applies for the dog and can be added in the booking process. If you require more information, please feel free to contact the office.
LOUNGE Open plan design. The lounge benefits from fixed corner sofa seating and 2 stools, TV, Freeview, DVD player, fixed units and gas fire with surround. Occasional pull-out bed is fitted for those extra guests.
KITCHEN & DINING The well-equipped kitchen benefits from a gas hob and oven, stainless steel sink, microwave, and full-size fridge-freezer. The dining area comprises of a free-standing dining table with 4 chairs.
BEDROOMS This accommodation has three bedrooms, a good size double with wardrobes, vanity area and radiator. The twin rooms comprise of two single beds, a single wardrobe and radiator.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.
BATHROOM & TOILET Fully fitted shower, toilet and hand basin. There is also an additional toilet and wash basin.
HEATING Double-glazed and central heating.
VERANDA Patio furniture and a separate patio area.
PARKING Allocated parking.
DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES Approx. 3 to 5-minute walk.
