D44 benefits from d/glazing, c/heating, veranda, 2 x toilets, piped gas, and close parking.
LOUNGE; D44 has a real modern feel, with comfortable soft furnishings , fixed seating with integrated occasional pull out bed, modern electric fire with contemporary surround, flat screen Tv and DVD.
KITCHEN & DINING: A lovely modern fitted kitchen furnished to the highest standard with fridge freezer, cooker with hob and a microwave. The dining area is light and spacious and benefits from free standing table and chairs.
BEDROOMS; Three beautifully designed bedrooms, one master with double bed, fitted wardrobes and vanity area. Two twin bedrooms with small fitted wardrobes and overhead storage, one of the twin beds folds down to store under the other to allow additional room. D44 can accommodate a maximum of eight guests as the lounge has an occasional pull out bed.
BATHROOM & TOILET; Main bathroom fitted with double shower, toilet and hand basin. The caravan benefits from a separate toilet and wash basin.
HEATING; Double-glazed and full central heating with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort. D44 also benefits from piped gas so no need to arrange for replacement gas bottles.
PARKING; Yes. One parking space in front of D44. Any additional vehicles can be parked in the main car park near reception.
VERANDA; Yes, veranda comes complete with patio furniture. The veranda has also been fitted with a gate and benefits from partial sea views. Please be advised that BBQ's are not permitted on the veranda.

NON-SMOKING & NON-PET FRIENDLY Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pet.

Gas and Electricity
All Newmans prices include the cost of gas and electricity for your stay. Should you need to top up the gas, 10 units will be supplied free of charge from reception.
