Group Bookings at Ladram Bay
At Newmans Holiday Homes we can now cater for large booking parties due to the increased numbers of our caravans being located in groups for this purpose. When checking availability, the caravan description will indicate the next three closest caravans to book if required. Should you require more than five holiday caravans please call our Exmouth booking office for possible extra group discounts. Tel: 01395 224066.
Passes and Packages
Passes are not required for entrance to the main complex. Swimming passes can be purchased from park reception. Click here for more information.
Hire Service
Why not hire all those essential extras direct from Newmans? Our comprehensive hire service includes bed linen and fitting, towels and toddler essentials e.g. travel cots, high chairs and bed guards. Simply select the extra products and/or services you want as you progress through the booking screens.
Gas and Electricity
All Newmans prices include the cost of gas and electricity for your stay. Should you need to top up the gas, 10 units will be supplied free of charge from reception.
